If anyone out there could really explain what art therapy is and what it involves I would be ever so grateful.
In the meantime I shall be searching for local art therapy groups.
Old fashioned values mean a lot of people around my age find it hard to talk about mental health issues, I joined a group a couple of years back with a lot of like minded individuals that were trying to dispel the stigma attached to such health problems, there have been some changes albeit small ones.
I think more information should be made available for people, which is why I created this thread, so if you can help with information please eel free to post a reply or even start a new topic.
