I have been on the look out for some time for a yearly list of craft fairs in the Essex area. No one seems to hold a concise list of events, online or offline . . . not even the local council.
This makes it hard to track these events down in advance to be able to take part. I don't tend to find out about them until I see a poster in my town or an advert in the local paper.
I'm not even looking for a flashy event
. . . just maybe local fetes, church halls etc. where I can sell handmade greeting cards, ACEO's and small paintings and prints with a small pitch fee. Sometimes these small events lead to other things . . .
