Finance for the Arts: a one-day introduction

This one-day course aims to show that, though the maths can be straightforward, there are good reasons for the apparently complicated ways that financial information is presented. Once you understand these, you will see how managing finance helps rather than hinders you, and how it can be satisfying as well as informative!
The day will cover the basics of financial management including income and expenditure, balance sheets, budget and cashflow, in an accessible and non-intimidating format.
